Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with us.
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Apollo Technology Consulting Inc. (“Apollo”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website. We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada’s federal private-sector privacy law.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your email address, company name (optional), and the message you write. We do not require any information beyond what is needed to respond to your enquiry. By submitting the form, you consent to us using that information to respond to you.
Standard technical information (such as your IP address) may also be recorded in request logs for security and spam prevention by Microsoft Azure, the platform that hosts and serves this website.
How we use it
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, to discuss and provide our services, and to keep records of our correspondence with you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
Service providers and international transfers
This website runs on Microsoft Azure:
- Azure Static Web Apps hosts and serves the website through a global content delivery network, so request logs may be processed in Microsoft data centres outside Canada, including in the United States.
- Azure Communication Services delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email. We configure this service to store data at rest in Canada, though Microsoft may process messages in other regions to operate the service.
This means personal information you submit may be stored or processed outside Canada and may be subject to access by courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities in those jurisdictions, in accordance with their laws.
Spam protection
Our contact form uses a hidden honeypot field and input limits to prevent automated abuse. No third-party bot-detection service is involved.
Cookies & analytics
This website currently sets no advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics that profile visitors. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe it.
Data retention
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond to you and for our reasonable business records. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted or anonymised no later than 24 months after our last exchange with you.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you have shared with us. To make a request, email our Privacy Officer at info@apollotech.ca with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes to how we handle personal information will be noted here.
